about

This is a symphonic suite inspired by the first ten elements in the periodic table. The rhythms are based on the electron configuration around each element. The beautiful harmonies and textures, with some surprises and a range of moods, reflect the chemistry of the element for each movement. The pieces are sometimes jazzy, sometimes more symphonic in nature, with elements of modern composition without noise or atonality factors.
